Ingredients
Qeema 1/2 Kg
Karele / Bitter Gourds 2 cutted into pieces
Onions 2 medium size Grinded
Ginger mince 1/2 tea spoon
Garlic mince 1/2 tea spoon
Yogurt 4 table spoons
Oil 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder 1 and 1/2 table spoon
Coriander powder 1 table spoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon
Black pepper small amount
Cloves small amount
Cumin seed small amount
Salt 1 table spoon
Green chilli 1 cutt
Green coriander small amount

Procedure
In a pot heat oil then fry bitter gourds/ karele then take them out , add onion and all spices given above and roast them into oil, then add beef mince and Then cook onto high flame so all spices get blended into mince then add 2 cup of water cook onto Slow flame till mince get tender then Roast it and add bitter gourds and Mix it with the mince n spices then garnish and serve with anything you like, roti, naan , chapati or rice and then Enjoy!
